Kimberley Stone CNC / Saw Machine OperatorMcKeno Blocks & Pavers is seeking a full-time Kimberley Stone CNC / Saw Machine Operator to join our team in Broome, WA. As a key member of our manufacturing and logistics operations, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art CNC and saw machinery to transform natural stone materials into premium products.What you'll be doingOperate CNC wire, bridge & docking saw machines to cut, shape and finish natural stone cladding, pavers & dimensioned stoneMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent high-quality outputPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to keep it in optimal working conditionWork closely with the management team to meet daily output targets and deadlinesEnsure strict compliance with all health, safety and quality control protocolsProvide input on process improvements and new product developmentWhat we're looking forPrevious experience operating CNC or stone cutting machinery in a manufacturing environment is extremely desirableForklift and telehandler experience is essentialStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standardsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-oriented environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsRelevant trade qualifications or certifications would be highly regardedWhat we offerAt McKeno Blocks & Pavers we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for all our employees.
