Your Role as Program Support Coordinator
As the Remote Services Program Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing clinical frameworks that align with the KAMS Model of Care. You will support Remote Health Centre leadership teams and staff in integrating primary healthcare programs into clinical operations, enhancing the quality of care provided to our communities.
From leading health promotion initiatives to optimising Medicare income generation processes, your efforts will directly impact the delivery of health services and the wellbeing of Aboriginal people in remote areas.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for Aboriginal health and community service. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of the KAMS Model of Care.
Eligible for national registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Demonstrated knowledge of primary healthcare programs, Medicare requirements, and Telehealth services. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement. Salary & Benefits
This position offers a base salary of $120,292 per annum pro rata along with additional benefits including accommodation allowance of $13,000, electricity allowance of $1,440, annual airfare of $1,285, and a district allowance of $2,920.
