Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, and Aboriginal Health Worker Practitioners, work together to provide exceptional patient care.

About The Opportunity As the Broome Renal Health Centre Manager , you will oversee the strategic and operational management of the Broome Renal Health Centre.
This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality renal services, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and fostering a supportive and culturally sensitive workplace environment.

You will work closely with the Kimberley Renal Services Leadership Team to implement strategic directions, meet operational targets, and drive service excellence in chronic kidney disease (CKD) management and dialysis programs.

Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality care and effective management of resources.
Providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and continuous professional development.
Monitoring performance, reporting outcomes, and ensuring adherence to budgets, governance frameworks, and targets.
Managing recruitment, performance management, and staff mentoring to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Collaborating and liaising closely with the KRS Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic initiatives for renal health services in the region.
Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, clinical governance, and reporting requirements.
Supporting prevention initiatives and chronic disease management in the community.
Promoting a culturally safe environment for patients and staff, aligned with the principles of Aboriginal Health Care and Community Control.
Who are we looking for?
To qualify for this role you will have proven leadership and management experience , with a background in clinical experience including a minimum of 3 years managing teams in a health service environment.

Strategic management expertise with a proven ability to drive operational and clinical excellence.
A strong track record of providing effective leadership , fostering team collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes.
High attention to detail with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining operational standards.
Experience working in or with multicultural teams , demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Ability to liaise and cooperate effectively with executive leadership and governance teams.
Current AHPRA Registration .
Experience in strategic planning, operational management, and clinical governance.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in renal health services or dialysis programs.
Qualifications in leadership, management, or related fields.
