A loving family in Killara, NSW are seeking a happy and kind nanny to assist in the care of their energetic and engaging 5-year-old daughter.
An ideal nanny would be calm, patient, and nurturing. Someone who is experienced and firm when required, but also fair.A nanny who is genuinely interested in engaging in play and fun activities and also encouraging reading and educational conversations to assist growth and development.
A confident driver to carry out school pick-ups and transport to afternoon activities.
Must be cat friendly.
The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows – To care for the childFollow the child's routinePlay and engage in educational and age appropriate activitiesSchool pick-ups and after school activity (swimming) transportTake out for walks/to the park, library and activities when requiredPrepare and cook simple family meals, and snacks for the childLight household duties ie general tidying up of toys, emptying/loading dishwasher etc Contract length: 6 months with the option to extend if all working well Pay: $35 per hour The days and normal hours are:- 4 afternoons – 25.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 3pm – 6pm
(would consider only three afternoons for the right candidate.)
