Key responsibilities include:
Publish daily load plan for operations. Interaction with KGF Logistics and Operations teams. Working closely with Supervisors and High reach drivers. Constant communications on movement of containers is crucial to be successful. Ensure the load plan published is achievable. All shifts have clear picking routes for optimal pick efficiency. Demonstrated experience in similar roles. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and problem solve. Proven experience in high pressure environments and ability to succeed. Excel spreadsheet experience | nice to have. Ability to work independently as well as in groups.
