Job Description We are searching for a Kieser Machine Specialist to be responsible for delivering high quality machine maintenance services across all Kieser's sites in Australia.
A key focus will be on service delivery, timely resolution of maintenance issues and routine checks and maintenance.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Machine Maintenance
Manage nationallyKieser's strength and rehab machine maintenance requirements(in conjunction with Machine Care Coordinator's)
Provide training and guidance to Machine Care Coordinator's
Manage warehouse activities including stock movements and spare parts
Manage machine and spare part stock takes and prepare the stock take report
Coordinate upholstery repair for damaged machine pads
Visit clinics to repair machines
Weekly on-site machine servicing and audits
Record data in Maintainx software
Work Health & Safety
Act as Kieser's Work Health & Safety representative
Support with implementation of robust WHS management system throughout Kieser's sites
Other
Assist with machine installation for all new site openings
Initiate project to look at local sourcing strategy for spare parts
Self-learning / training on Kieser machines
Creation of training videos for guidingin-clinic maintenance
Liaise with Kieser Zurich on training requirements
Troubleshoot problems for clinics
Communicate with clinics via email, phone and in-person on matters related to machine maintenance
Qualifications Formal Trade Qualification e.g. Cert III in Engineering/Mechanical Trade or similar (desirable)
Demonstrated experience in planned, reactive and preventative maintenance (desirable)
Sound electrical and general maintenance knowledge (required)
Demonstrated experience working to appropriate WHS standards and regulations (required)
Additional Information Will require some interstate travel
