Join the Hobart team as a Client Advisor, a role committed to welcoming our clients with enthusiasm and care. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating client appointments and managing a busy electronic clinic diary Promoting Kieser's products and services Providing administrative support to the leadership and clinical team Answering questions and resolving problems for clients and team members Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards Ideal candidates thrive in a client-facing environment, exude positivity, and consistently deliver exceptional experiences. Attention to detail and superior IT skills are beneficial.
This is a part-time role 3 days per week, with the potential to take on more hours in the future. *Shift times are generally between Mon-Fri 7.30am – 7pm / Saturdays 7am – 3pm
Qualifications & Certifications Required:
Valid working rights in Australia Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience (admin or medical facility) Additional Benefits
