Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering psycho-educational and therapeutic group work for adults and children, including tailored one-on-one support as required.Developing, delivering, and evaluating individual and group services for children and their parents, addressing diverse needs.Collaborating with the Banana Splitz program to support children adjusting to family changes.Building effective relationships with families, team members, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes.Providing accurate and timely reports and evaluations to support program success.You'll have the opportunity to lead group services, assist parents navigating high-conflict situations and, where necessary, co-facilitating groups for KidsAreFirst.
Occasionally some after-hours work and metropolitan travel (to our other sites at Elizabeth or Christies Beach) will be required.
What do you need to bring?We're looking for compassionate and skilled professionals who meet the following criteria:
Degree in Social Work or equivalent (essential).Postgraduate qualifications in social work, psychology, adult education, counselling, or family dispute resolution (desirable).Accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General's Department (desirable).Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable).Proven experience delivering group and individual support to families and children in high-conflict situations.How to Apply:Please click on 'Apply' and submit your application by 5.00pm on Friday 14th December 2024.
