About Kid Sense We are a multi-disciplinary Allied Health provider with over 35 staff operating from 6 clinics across the Adelaide metro area.
We are embarking on a transformational change over the course of 2025 and as such are seeking an experienced Operations Manager who has led, and can lead, through a change management process.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the business, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and improve client outcomes. Manage budgets, financial reporting, facility management and resource allocation to maximize profitability. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care services. Qualifications Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or allied health sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
