About the role
Due to our continued growth, Keyystone Building Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager and/or Contract Administrator (pending applicants) to join our team in our Shepparton Head Office. These are full-time positions with the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a variety of construction projects.Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation utilising software such as Procore and 1Breadcrumb. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Manage construction contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Manage procurement and material selection throughout the project duration. Manage design/drawing/specification items throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process. Provide regular progress reports and updates to the project team and clients. Coordinate Site Progress Meetings. Work collaboratively along with regular Site Visits to liaise with our High-Quality Construction Supervisors. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety requirements. About You
Experience as a Project Manager or Contract Administrator in the construction industry. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field. Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration and project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors and the project team. Proficient in the use of project management software and construction management tools. Procore experience would be advantageous but not required. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, codes and safety requirements and the proactive ability to seek out the required information. What we offer
