As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations across multiple business entities. This dynamic position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the confidence to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the MD by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and other internal/external stakeholders.
What you can expect in the role:
Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Take part in meetings including preparation, setting agendas, preparing materials, and taking minutes when necessary Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, including scheduling regular site visits Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations Manage the email inbox for the MD. Prioritize incoming phone calls and emails, preparing responses when needed Assist with event planning and coordination Maintain confidential files and records Provide general administrative support as needed About you:
Experience as an executive assistant, Personal assistant or similar role working in a highly confidential environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Highly autonomous, with the ability to work under minimal direction/supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information About us:
