Starting in 2021, S&W Asset Management was established to combine the skills, expertise, and connections of our Directors, with the objective of providing professional project management services across the mining, ports, and infrastructure industries.
The S&W team specializes in providing a turnkey service for project management, which can be tailored to our clients' needs, whether it be basic support or a comprehensive team to take their project from planning, procurement, execution, delivery, and handover.
Key Responsibilities: Electrical Engineers: Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications.Electrical Project Managers: Oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.Maintenance Planners: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive maintenance plans for electrical systems, ensuring all equipment is serviced efficiently and effectively.Electrical Coordinators: Coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Electrical Supervisors: Supervise electrical teams, manage daily operations, and ensure project milestones are met.Requisites: Related Electrical tertiary qualificationsHold a current QLD Electrical License (Fitter / Mechanic) and LVRCPRProven experience in similar roles within the Mining and Resources IndustriesStrong knowledge of electrical systems and components across both fixed and mobile equipmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong project management and coordination abilities.Dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with all relevant mining regulations and industry best practices.Effective communication and leadership skills.Be a part of our mission to ensure the safety and reliability of our clients' assets.
