Position SpecificsProgram Manager: Objectively, program delivery, implementation, evaluation, case work, quality assurance, manage and lead a small team, liaising with key stakeholders.
Case Manager: Primarily for our transitional and independent living programs, case management, referrals, assisting with education for mental and emotional well-being.
