About your new job:
Due to exciting growth and changes within the business, we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Super Star who can manage the Major and Key Accounts for the business.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for handling all queries including on-order processing, delivery schedules, and invoicing details.Liaising between the sales and operations team to ensure orders are seamlessly fulfilled and any delays/issues are addressed proactively.Arrange and Manage Key Customer account setup.Query handling of inbound calls from Key customers.Supply copies of invoices, credit notes, statements, and proofs of delivery as required for Key customers.
About you:
Previous experience in a customer service role.Previous experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment would be highly considered.Experience handling Major accounts would be a benefit.Always display a customer-focused mindset and be able to deliver empathetic service regardless of circumstances.Able to think outside the square demonstrating an agile approach to work.
