We have been recognised as one of the world's leading marketplace for excellence in dining out.Partnering with one of 's strongest and highly reputable brands, Qantas, diners are able to book Quandoo restaurants anywhere in the world via the Qantas dining platform.Job DescriptionConduct regular proactive account reviews to identifying account growth & improvement opportunitiesPro-active & re-active retention of accountsProviding excellent aftercare services to existing partnersMaintain customer rapport by with regular outbound and inbound engagementsAttentive to all queries and support to merchants in relation to their Quandoo account and servicesDigital widget implementation on Partner Mobile & Desktop sites (training provided)Ensuring all activity is correctly flagged and managed through our CRMFull responsibility and realisation of your KPIs (quantitative and qualitative goals)Qualifications1-2 years of Accounts Management and/or Sales experienceBe efficient, assertive, and have quick decision-making capabilityA positive attitude and exceptional organisational skillsYou are analytical, structured, and are self-disciplined to work independentlyHave outstanding communication and rapport building skillsMust be good at objection handling and providing support solutionsBe agile & dynamic, suited to a fast paced environment as task & focus can change regularlyAdditional InformationThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in one of our newly renovated and refurbished offices based in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.We pride ourselves on creating a dynamic workplace environment with a supportive management team whowill encourage you to be the very best you can be.
