Job Description
Conduct regular proactive account reviews to identifying account growth & improvement opportunities
Pro-active & re-active retention of accounts
Providing excellent aftercare services to existing partners
Maintain customer rapport by with regular outbound and inbound engagements
Attentive to all queries and support to merchants in relation to their Quandoo account and services
Digital widget implementation on Partner Mobile & Desktop sites (training provided)
Ensuring all activity is correctly flagged and managed through our CRM
Full responsibility and realisation of your KPIs (quantitative and qualitative goals)
Qualifications
1-2 years of Accounts Management and/or Sales experience
Be efficient, assertive, and have quick decision-making capability
A positive attitude and exceptional organisational skills
You are analytical, structured, and are self-disciplined to work independently
Have outstanding communication and rapport building skills
Must be good at objection handling and providing support solutions
Be agile & dynamic, suited to a fast paced environment as task & focus can change regularly
