Key Account Manager (Vic/Sa) | Ruminants

Based in southeast Melbourne, Prime Animal Health have an exciting opportunity for the right person to make a significant impact in our growing business. Working alongside the National Sales Manager, this career opportunity will specialise in Prime's Ruminants Range. This role will be responsible for developing and building strong customer relationships and driving Prime's expanding product range across Victoria and South Australia.
Key responsibilities:Develop and execute a clear business plan to drive continuous salesSeek and develop new customers and build strong customer relationshipsProvide expert product and technical advice to customers to support their animal health needsCollaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, technical and operations teams to enhance customer experiencesEngage and collaborate with management to facilitate the growth of the companyMaintain strong risk management including but not limited to financial, occupational health and safety, quality assurance.What we're looking for:Proven track record of success in a key account management or senior sales role within the animal health or agricultural sectorsTertiary qualification in a relevant field such as agriculture, animal science or veterinary science is highly regardedStrong knowledge of agricultural and animal health productsExceptional customer focus with exceptional relationship managementExcellent time management, organizational skills and ability to problem solveAbility to function with autonomy with support of a broader teamTravel across South Australia and VictoriaProven sales and marketing ability, integrity, and high-level interpersonal skills.What we offer:At Prime Animal Health, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
