The Specialist Account Manager will be at the forefront, engaging with Anaesthetists and Pain Specialists to promote cutting-edge solutions in acute pain services while driving sales in a dynamic healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging educational content to healthcare professionals in acute pain services, primarily targeting Anesthetists and Pain specialists in both public and private hospitals.Ensure healthcare professionals are equipped with the latest clinical knowledge about the company's product portfolio to drive uptake and increase sales.Sell competitive product lines to hospital pharmacy based on unique attributes and facilitate pricing agreements to secure contracts.Successfully complete in-house training programs while maintaining a high level of clinical knowledge through ongoing self-directed learning.Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and leverage these connections to influence their networks.Strategically plan and manage a comprehensive schedule of in-service sessions and educational initiatives.Conduct high-impact educational programs, including presentations, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.Engage with customers to stimulate interest in the product portfolio and challenge conventional clinical practices.Explore opportunities to support and co-develop customer-driven educational events.Collaborate with hospital pharmacy teams to align purchasing patterns with feedback from healthcare professionals.Represent the organization at relevant conferences and events, serving as both attendee and sponsor.Assess and enhance the effectiveness of educational initiatives, providing recommendations for content improvement.Qualifications:Relevant experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong presentation and communication skills.Proven ability to build relationships and engage effectively with healthcare professionals.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Why Join?This organisation is committed to innovation and excellence in healthcare.
