What you'll do In this exciting role, you'll manage and strengthen relationships with key wagering accounts across the Gold Coast, Queensland's largest region, to drive commercial outcomes. By aligning with our Wagering Strategy, you'll develop and execute strategic plans to maximise customer engagement and turnover. Other responsibilities include:
Manage key venue partnerships (20) and approximately 60 venues to enhance the customer experience. Develop and implement sales strategies, product rollouts, and compliance initiatives. Identify and activate new venue opportunities to expand Wagering's regional presence. Drive growth through promotions, merchandising, and targeted activities. Train venue operators on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance. Ensure 100% regulatory compliance across all venues and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
