What you'll be doing
Actively manage and grow key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and identifying new sales opportunities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business prospects. Regularly report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement. What we're looking for
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the Construction industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools.
