With a high performing medical foundation, they are preparing to build their commercial sales team.
This Key Account Manager role is focussed on engaging with customers across whole hospital accounts, including specialist, KOLs, pharmacist stakeholders and some broader referrer pathways ensuring that patients get access to these life changing medicines. Ideally based in Melbourne, for VIC Region. It is one of two Key Account Managers - we are also recruiting for a Sydney based role.
Reporting to the ANZ Lead, your responsibilities will include:
calling on a specialised Key Hospital Accounts across Australiadeveloping and executing strategic business plansusing creativity and initiative to grow patient pathwaysbusiness development and launch of new productsapplying clinical evidence to build confidence in your brandworking with global internal stakeholders to implement locallyThe successful candidate will have:
a proven track record of end-to-end responsibility in pharmaceuticalsagility and creativity to lead patient-centric pathwaysexperience in working in a competitive sales environmentstrong strategic and business development skillsexcellent customer engagement and relationship building skillssound technical aptitude and communication skillsflexibility and adaptabilityMost importantly, this is a unique environment, working as part of a 'start-up' team for ANZ, will enjoy working in a challenging role where you will have complete ownership of a launch portfolio and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the wider business.
