The company focuses on providing accessible, high-quality health solutions to consumers, offering a range of products that address common health concerns such as pain management, skincare, digestive health, and general wellness.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the grocery, retail, or pharmacy sectors, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. The role can be based either in Sydney or Melbourne.Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including grocery chains, major retailers, and pharmacy groups like Chemist Warehouse, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify opportunities for product placement, promotional campaigns, and category expansion within retail and wholesale channels.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, marketing strategies, and product requirements. Collaborate on merchandising, promotions, and stock management to optimize sales.Negotiations: Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and contracts with key clients. Ensure mutually beneficial terms while maintaining competitive pricing strategies and profitability.Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Provide insights to internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies tailored to the retail and pharmacy markets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and logistics to ensure product availability, marketing support, and efficient delivery to clients.Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales targets, market trends, and customer feedback.
