As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.
The OpportunityWe're building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025. Reporting to a State Sales Manager, this Key Account Manager - On Premise role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will play a key role in establishing work processes as well as building collaborative relationships with your assigned customers to enable the delivery of the Suntory Oceania strategy. Forming part of our state based Field Sales team, you will manage relationships with key On-Premise groups.
Key responsibilities include: Build and nurture mutually beneficial partnerships with your State's Key On-Premise customers and groups.Build and execute best in class account plans, including Joint Business plans and account specific marketing plans aligned to both the Customer and Suntory strategic priorities.Build Club Channel strategy aligned to Suntory portfolio priorities (Spirits & Draught) for field sales execution.Build and execute a hunting pipeline for new business accounts across the State.Build and nurture productive relationships with your state field sales team to drive excellent execution of plans at venue level.Take a leadership role within the State leadership team that transcends functional responsibility.Champion On Premise capability within your State.Work closely with cross functional stakeholders including Shopper marketing, Brand and Finance across marketing activation, forecast and trade spend optimisation.What's in your toolkitWith a proven track record in account management within the FMCG industry (Liquor is highly preferred), we're looking for an individual with a natural flair for developing and maintaining effective relationships with our customers to realise triple win outcomes. You will have a strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, ability to prioritise, numeric and analytical problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. With a natural curiosity to influence culture during a dynamic and exciting phase of our business.
