We are looking for a Key Account Manager with a balance of "hunter" mentality and strategic focus to drive both new and existing business (average of 40% existing, 60% new). You will focus on four corporate-style brands and household names, leading sales initiatives while working within a structured, data-driven approach using our CRM to track progress so we can report to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new National business opportunities (hunter mindset) while nurturing existing relationshipsWork strategically to achieve sales targets and drive business growth against each 6-month strategyUse CRM tools to capture data and provide clients with clear, ongoing updates on progressExecute against strategic plan to hit KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships, amongst National & Corporate Accounts in the Foodservice IndustryRepresent BizSmart | Connectr with professionalism and integrity at all timesTravel within your assigned territory to meet prospects and accounts regularlyWhat We're Looking For: We're looking for someone, based in Melbourne, who thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment and understands that business development sometimes requires flexibility. While we respect your time and offer early finishes on Fridays to help you recharge, there may be occasions where going the extra mile is necessary to achieve our goals. This role isn't suited to someone who prefers a strict 9-to-5 routine. Instead, we value a team mentality where everyone pulls together when needed, and in return, we recognise and reward those efforts.
