About the role:

Reporting to the Kitchen & Trade Partner Manager, this full-time permanent position's primary objective is to grow and manage our portfolio of customers in the Kitchen Designer & Custom Joinery market to generate sales at a retail level.
You will provide a high level of customer service whilst driving referrals to increase sales growth in our Kitchen portfolio.
Hunting for new business and building & maintaining client relationships are key components of the role, your previous Business Development Management experience will drive your success.

Key responsibilities:Business Development - Identify and implement new business opportunitiesClient relationship management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the Kitchen Designer & Custom Joinery spaceCollaboration with customers to meet their evolving needs.
This involves stocktake management, ongoing sales training and tracking the number of customer referrals Kitchen & Trade Partners customers bring into e&sStrategic Planning & Market Analysis - Keeping up to date with market knowledge & partnering with suppliers for training events Here's what we're looking for: A verifiable track record in a product-based B2B or B2C business development role involving developing new and existing customer relationships to achieve established revenue targets.Category experience within Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry appliances is preferable but not essentialKnowledge of building process and specification experience is desirable.Experience in collaborating closely with internal and external partnersA customer-led mindset of putting the customer at the heart of all decisions and actions.A powerful implementer with big doses of expertise in organisation, time management and attention to detail.What we offer: Competitive remuneration package including a fully financed company car or generous motor vehicle allowanceGenerous discounts on our product range.Five weeks of annual leave offered at five years of service.Invites to supplier events & galasTo feel a strong sense of belonging with us.
