About the opportunity: We are seeking the best talent to deliver on our growth strategy within the independents channel.
As such, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Key Account Manager to work across Major account customers and manage key accounts across the grocery portfolio.
You will be an integral member of the Grocery sales team supporting the National Account Manager for Independents and owning the relationships across several MSO groups across VIC, QLD and NSW.
Responsibilities: Develop and lead pipeline of business opportunities across the various groups utilising existing products, leveraging NPD opportunities and developing some customer bespoke products.Consistently review the in-year plan and financial metrics, and prioritise the requirements based on risks and opportunities in order to meet calendar year financial budget.Align cross functionally with Marketing /Commercial to deliver optimum strategy for the customer including promotional program.Leverage trend and market insights to lead Category thinking with the customer.Work cross functionally with Marketing, R&D and Operations to develop and drive NPD to market.Create and execute customer seasonal sales drivers to deliver incremental gross profit and Volume.Experience and Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce (or related).3+ years FMCG in KAM/Account Executive or Territory Management roles ideally working across independent channel.Strong cross functional internal and external stakeholder management.Experience in working with established and new customers to develop relationships quickly.Why Goodman Fielder?
