We have an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional to join the Key Account Management team at BSH Australia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be representing prestigious brands such as Bosch, Neff, Siemens, and Gaggenau. We are looking for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships and possesses a proactive approach to sales. Duties and responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Account customers' head offices, encompassing a wide range of multi-department stakeholders.Contribute to the development of BSH sales, product and marketing strategies by presenting market insight and customer feedback to the BSH business.Conceive and implement key account plans to drive the strategic growth objectives of BSH Australia.Negotiate retailer core ranging, price conditions and go-to-market initiatives to optimize sales opportunities.Provide BSH business with collaborative, rolling retailer demand forecasting.Contribute to the development of the Key Account Management team by providing open, critical thoughts and ideas on business-relative topics.Grow BSH brands' local market share whilst delivering on global profit targets.Frequently undertake customer business reviews to ensure mutual goals are being both set and achieved.Present focus updates to the BSH field sales team for implementation at retailer store level.Desired Skills and ExperienceSkills and experience: A minimum of 2 years key account management experience is required.A home office set up is required.Additional sales experience in the home appliances industry is preferred.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are highly desired.A positive, entrepreneurial growth mind set is a key competency to showcase.Demonstrated ability to identify and influence key stakeholders (internal and external).History of quality, proactive customer relationship management.Experience achieving sales KPIs.Excellent time-management and organizational skills.Inspirational presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Power BI would also be an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver's license.Why BSH?
