Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Key Account Manager to focus on the expansion of existing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities within your portfolio, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities: Account Expansion: Proactively engage with key MSP accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging Kaseya's full suite of products to drive revenue growth.Strategic Sales Execution: Develop tailored strategies for each account, including territory mapping and strategic business reviews, to identify new opportunities and overcome potential challenges.Manage Adoption Metrics: Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing adoption challenges and following established sales processes to drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion strategies.Revenue Growth: Take ownership of your sales targets, manage negotiations, and consistently exceed quotas while delivering exceptional value to clients. Actively contribute to both short-term and long-term revenue generation strategies.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked to drive sales success.Requirements: 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technology or SaaS environmentA strong passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targetsProven track record managing contract negotiationsMotivated, coachable, and competitive with a resilient drive to succeedExcellent organisational follow-up, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accountsStrong analytical skills with the ability to create accurate sales forecastsJoin the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are #ChangingLives!
