Other tasks: Capitalize on potential prospects and convert leads to clients through exceptional customer service and a solution-oriented sales approach.Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding the business' workflow solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, best-in-class solutions to customersMonitor account performance and provide regular reports on territory progress to leadershipAddress customer concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issuesKeep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeMaintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in the database.About the company
