The Opportunity: Based in Sydney NSW, the Regional Key Account Manager fosters pivotal relationships with Komatsu's key account customers within the quarry industry. In this role you will play a crucial part in leveraging our parts and service business to provide best outcomes for our customers success, while also championing Komatsu's products and services thereby ensuring sustained sales growth.
This role is offered Full-Time Monday - Friday and requires frequent travel sites within the NSW region.
Location: Located at our Komatsu Branch in Fairfield, NSW
Renumeration: Competitive salary + Super + Bonus + Car + Phone and Laptop
Key Accountabilities include: Ensuring Key Clients' needs and requests are met through:

Continuous improvement processes will be required in this role to properly and professionally communicate the needs.Ability to review existing systems, procedures, work practices, job roles and responsibilities, develop and implement initiatives that improve service operations, efficiencies and effectiveness.Ability to understand systems, processes and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labour, asset utilisation, customer and employee satisfactions.Ability to identify business opportunities, develop and implement actions that capture this opportunity.Are you ready for it?
