Working from our Welshpool head office, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve conveyor performance and meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with clients at site and head office levels, ensuring satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.Conduct onsite conveyor audits, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored solutions in collaboration with the CPS engineering team.Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client contracts.Support the internal sales process, prepare quotes, and recommend CPS products.About You: We're looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with:
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the mining or bulk materials handling industries.Strong understanding of conveyor systems and related components.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to use sales tools effectively.A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).A valid C Class driver's license and the ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing.How to Apply: If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and want to make a difference with an industry leader, we'd love to hear from you!
