About your new role
You will be reporting to the Vertical Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing a major, high-profile account.
Duties will include but won't be limited to:
The voice of the partner, being the main point of contact for all requirementsConnect the supply chain needs with the extensive portfolio of logistics products and solutionsEnsuring that you are identifying emerging market trends to identify and leverage long-term commercial opportunitiesUndertake pricing reviews as necessaryManaging customer service issues and complaintsDevelop and maintain effective relationships both internally and externallyAbout you
To be successful in this role you will need:
Strong 3PL experience and knowledgeOutcome and solutions-focused, ability to provide solutionsCustomer Centric focusExperience in leading and influencing various teams and stakeholdersExperience in continuous improvement through methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or KaizenSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal including presentation skillsAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
