With a focus on the construction industry, this role you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio across Victoria for a division within Pest Control.
Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention and revenue targets with an aspect of business development management to grow business whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the construction industry.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase salesDevelop and maintain strategic business relationships with customer base within major accountsIdentifying, targeting and developing new and existing business opportunities around VictoriaProviding customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance and market/industry developmentsDevelop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost optionsFacilitate the resolution of any issues by actively resolving all first line queries and escalating where requiredDocument all customer contact information into company systems and applicationsMonitor competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitor market trends through personal contact with customersThe ideal candidate will possess:
