Our client, an industry leading Mental Health & Wellbeing organisation, is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join their growing Commercial Team. This role is pivotal in managing key client relationships and driving business growth through tailored mental health & well-being solutions.About the Role:As Key Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of large customer accounts while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for the entire sales process—from lead generation and tender responses to contract negotiations and renewals. Working closely with internal teams, you'll design and deliver custom solutions for your client base.Your day-to-day will involve:Building long-term client relationships by conducting regular business reviews to assess client needs and measure program effectiveness.Identifying and securing new clients within your territory to achieve growth targets.Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, learning & development, clinical services) to develop outreach strategies and customise solutions.Providing advice to clients on the benefits of Mental Health & Wellbeing services.Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing service issues to ensure seamless service delivery.Staying informed of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice and innovative solutions to your clients.We're looking for someone with:5+ years' experience in a client-facing sales role.Experience working with a varied client base.A strong understanding of, and empathy for, mental health and well-being challengesProven ability to manage multiple accounts and exceed sales targets.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Tender writing and contract management experience.Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.What's in it for You?Join a purpose-driven organisation focused on improving mental health and well-being.Work in a state-based role with flexibility to manage your own schedule.Competitive salary package with bonus incentives.Be part of a collaborative team that's passionate about making a difference.If you're ready to take on a meaningful role that makes a real impact on well-being, apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
