We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead account management efforts and act as a trusted partner to our client's senior stakeholders, driving long-term value through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop comprehensive, customer-centric account plans that drive business growth and retention. Focus on retaining key clients while identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. Deliver insightful monthly reports that provide clients with clear visibility into key metrics and business outcomes. Manage inquiries and provide high-level support to our national customer base, ensuring satisfaction and swift resolution of issues. Lead and support the preparation of tenders and new business proposals to secure contracts that align with our strategic goals. Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders, inspire your team, and negotiate effectively will be crucial in crafting and executing strategic business plans that enhance client relationships and drive overall success. Managing multiple client relationships across various levels will require strong leadership and prioritisation skills.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management and building key client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools such as Salesforce. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills. Strong administrative and reporting abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Experience in the Facilities and Cleaning industry is a plus.
