Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to present an incredible opportunity to work with a leading provider of corporate apparel, workwear, and PPE. This rapidly growing, family-owned company has an impressive client list of large-scale organisations across Australia.
This Key Account Manager position is ideal for a driven, strategic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact. As a Key Account Manager , you'll play a key role in delivering tailored apparel solutions that enhance our clients' brands while ensuring top-tier service delivery. You will also be required to occasionally travel nationally to meet with clients and ensure strong relationships are maintained.
What's in it for you? $110,000 - $130,000 + Super + Bonuses South East Location All travel paid for Phone & laptop provided Genuine Career progression Finish at 3pm on Fridays Birthday day off Quarterly team events What do you do? Managing relationships and communication with valued clients, including national travel as required Collaborating with sales and procurement teams on customer briefs and tenders Overseeing contract implementation and project plan management Managing SLAs with a focus on contractual KPIs and reporting Achieving sales budgets and providing accurate sales forecasts Overseeing DIFOT and backorder escalations Managing product range lifecycle to meet inventory targets Preparing and delivering presentations for key accounts Supporting the General Manager Sales + Marketing in driving new business What you need? At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in the uniform industry (MUST HAVE ) Willingness to travel nationally to maintain client relationships Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making A collaborative attitude with strong work ethics Woods & Co Recruitment is committed to creating a positively diverse and inclusive workforce that values all backgrounds and experiences.
