Other tasks: Capitalise on potential prospects and convert leads to clients through exceptional customer service and a solution-oriented sales approach.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding the business' workflow solutions Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, best-in-class solutions to customers Monitor account performance and provide regular reports on territory progress to leadership Address customer concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities in the database.

What you must have to apply for this role: At least three years of experience in account or territory management Strong communication & interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple accounts & projects simultaneously Excellent problem-solving & negotiation skills.
You will be highly regarded if you also have: A successful track record selling reagents & capital equipment Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, & business analysis tools.
