Provide knowledgeable and proactive service and support to new and existing customers whilst encouraging sales. Adapt to customers' changing demands by being proactive, motivated and maintaining a can-do attitude. Provide product expertise training, including cutting and wrapping of cheese, merchandising and care instructions for all products within our range.Company Sales: Achieve company sales and margin budgets assigned to your territory whilst ensuring long term customer retention. Cross sell and up sell across the entire portfolio whilst identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.Skills and Experience: Must hold a current driver's licence.Proven background and experience in a similar role working with food products.Professional experience in hospitality is preferred.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.Able to analyse and understand data and understand profitability.Highly organised, punctual, professional and able to meet deadlines.Ability to propose and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.Diplomacy and tact in order to gain support at all levels in the business coupled with confidence, intelligence and business acumen skills to influence abilities and outcomes.An individual who is prepared to own a process and accept accountability for performance.Decisive, with the ability to make sound decisions, based on experience and good judgement.A pragmatic person, capable of interacting successfully at all levels of the organisation.
