MA Services Group is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager for our Integrated Facilities Management services division. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires exposure and understanding of both soft and hard services, particularly around security, cleaning, and maintenance sectors. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the National Cleaning Operations team, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operational excellence and drive forward our mission of delivering superior service to our key clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.Oversee and assist in managing daily operational activities across multiple regions.Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Prepare and present necessary reports on account performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.Assist in budget planning and management to achieve financial objectives and optimize resource utilization.Skills and Experience: Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in relevant operations management or a similar role within the security, cleaning, or facilities industry.Knowledge of industry regulations and standards relevant to IFM operations.Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, priorities, and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.Proven ability to collaborate and motivate teams towards achieving operational goals.Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data effectively to create comprehensive and insightful reports that support informed decision-making and drive operational improvements.Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with CRM systems.
