Job Responsibilities:The primary focus of this role will be to manage your group of diverse key customer accounts, with the goal of driving overall growth of an existing retail customer portfolio. It will be your responsibility to be the key contact and relationship between Razer and its key retail accounts.
You will be reporting into the Regional Sales Manager and will be expected to work from home and visit your key account customer base on a regular basis as required:
Continuous growth of revenue and market share as well as collaborating with retail channel partners.Analyze local market trends and keep abreast of the latest products in the market.Develop and manage mutual business plans and KPIs with retail channel partners.Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to Razer's sales rules of engagement.Being the main point of contact for Razer's retail channel partners.Manage sales orders and provide status to partners and/or manager.Work with Razer's marketing team to drive programs and events to increase brand awareness and exposure.Execute marketing initiatives via catalogue, in-store, online and other formats.Provide weekly forecast reporting and sellout data and take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at optimum levels.Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and product seminars.Prepare presentation decks, reports, and price quotations for customers and/or manager.Manage and clearly understand your key account sales pipeline.Pre-Requisites:4-5 years of relevant experience in Australian retail channel sales.Experience selling into other major retailers and e-tailers at head office level.Proven track record of driving growth.Strong attention to detail.Strong MS Office skills.Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple retail channel partners.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work effectively and autonomously remotely from home.Preferably this role would be based in Sydney or Brisbane, but the right candidate from Melbourne would also be considered.Desirable Skills:Knowledge of PC Gaming or consumer electronics market is preferred.Experience and knowledge of other PC Gaming retailer accounts.Are you game?
