About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the Beverage Sales team, building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, unlocking new customers, and delivering first-class product execution and channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and delivery of annual channel and account plans.
Identify new accounts, develop promotional programs, and recommend pricing strategies.
Manage claims and trade spend.
Conduct range reviews, price negotiations, seasonal planning, liaise with Buyers and Category Managers.
Proactive identification of product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong, collaborative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and enhance profitability.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
Manage the integration process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
About You
You are a motivated and skilled professional with a strong background in the FMCG, Foodservice, or Wholesale sectors.
You are passionate about building strong relationships and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your creativity, tenacity, and commitment to excellence will drive success in this role.

You will also have:
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience within the FMCG, Foodservice or Wholesale sector.
Beverage industry experience highly regarded.
Ability to build effective and sustainable relationships.
You thrive in a fast paced, agile environment, with unwavering resilience, confidence, and commitment to vision and strategy.
Strong presentation, planning, and organisational skills.
Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
High levels of tenacity to influence outcomes.
Excellent analytical skills with strong financial acumen.
Experience in national account management and / or senior business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
A customer-centric approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
