They are one of Australia's largest and most technically advanced container manufacturing and reconditioning companies and play a major role in developing innovative, cost-effective solutions for packaging systems.You will be joining the Organisation at an exciting time as it has committed to long term manufacturing in Australia with a robust commercial model that is investing in its five-year plan to significantly grow the current business and market share.They have developed integral relationships within the Ag Chem industry and developed a number of locally designed products to support the industry.About the RoleAs Key Account Manager – Ag Chem, you will be responsible for managing the total management of the portfolio of large Ag Chem customers across Australia. You will build strong cross-customer relationships across a number of functions within the business, looking to identify new sales and value add opportunities within each customer portfolio.You will act as the key facilitator to ensure alignment between our client's Executive team and customers' equivalents, ensuring multi-tiered relationships allow for further strategic engagement across the business.You will also work with a number of internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation or initiatives to better align our client with the Ag Chem industry and ensure the business is across any market development or opportunities.Importantly, you will be a champion for this portfolio of customers working to lead the customers and Organisation towards win/win outcomes that commercially benefit all parties.The PersonTo be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record of experience selling into or within the Ag Chem sector and ideally experience managing key account relationships.You will have experience building cross-functional relationships within customers and be a natural problem solver. You will have exceptional commercial acumen, strong negotiating skills, and experience building budget targets and delivering them.You will have a confidence and professionalism that readily demonstrates to your customers that you are able to identify and understand their needs thus ensuring the Organisation's packaging is the only trusted solution for their business.In return, you will be joining a true industry leader and be the point of contact for a key segment in Australia.
