In this role you will be managing an assigned customer base across Pest Control. Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales quotas, retention and revenue targets whilst building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders within the business services industry.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Servicing our existing client base and analysing their needs to increase sales Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with customer base within major accounts Develop proposals appropriate to customers' needs, including product, service and cost options Facilitate the resolution of any issues by actively resolving all first line queries and escalating where required Document all customer contact information into company systems and applications Monitor competitor and market activity, reporting significant developments to management and monitor market trends through personal contact with customers The ideal candidate will possess:
Ability to plan to sales territory Self-Motivation and ability to work autonomously Good time management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Proficient Computer Skills Must have:
