The Opportunity We seek a detailed driven Key Accounts Administrator to join our team at Northgate.
You will build and maintain solid working relationships with our valued customers, whilst providing high quality support to the business through the delivery of organisational skills, facilitating effective and efficient contract administration and liaising stakeholders to meet the needs and obligations of contract provisions.
Managing the Municipal Contracts invoicing requirements for Qld Solids – Metro region.
Running reports for each Council from various systems, collating data, reconciliation of data, through to invoicing.
Meeting varied strict deadlines for each Council.
Liaising daily with Councils, Finance Business Partners, and other team members.
Maintain our CRM Database of customer information, receiving and filling in council forms etc.
About You We value teamwork, commitment and are looking for the right candidate with the same values who can not only support but also drive the team to accomplish their goals and KPI's in current busy times.
Relevant qualifications in business or equivalent experience in contract administration, accounting or finance.
Excel experience (Intermediate – Advanced).
Excellent skills in MS Office.
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
Proven contract administration experience including ability to interpret, understand and communicate contract information.
Experience in a fast-paced logistics or industrial environment.
An eye for detail with technical acumen to solve Account issues as they arise.
The ability to work autonomously and within tight time frames.
Excellent communication across various stakeholders.
