As we continue to experience sustained growth, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration - Sales Support professional to join our expanding team.

About the Role
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations by managing data entry, generating insightful reports, and facilitating smooth communication between departments.
Your contributions will help streamline our processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of our sales data.

This position is an in-office role, available on a full-time or part-time basis (20–24 hours per week).

What does success look like?

Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Generate and maintain detailed sales and performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Tableau .
Analyse sales data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
Update and manage customer data in the CRM system (experience with Salesforce is highly regarded).
Assist with general office administration , including answering calls and liaising with distributors.
Support marketing and promotional initiatives as required.
Contribute to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the business.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
CRM Software: Experience with Tableau or Salesforce is a strong advantage.

Experience: Previous experience in office support, administration, or a data-entry-focused role.
Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive Approach: Self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
