The Opportunity:
Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Our Perth based Projects Team requires an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex EPC projects with a focus on safety, quality, and innovation. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams during early project phases, driving constructability, and ensuring smooth handovers to commissioning.
In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to:
Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement construction execution strategies across multiple complex projects Technical Leadership - Direct the development and implementation of construction execution plans Operational Excellence - Accountable for safety leadership and zero harm culture & Oversee quality management systems and compliance Business Development - Contribute to tender strategies and bid preparations & Participate in client negotiations and presentations Technical Knowledge - Advanced understanding of construction methodologies and best practices & Proficiency in digital construction tools (BIM, 4D modelling) Leadership Capabilities - Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, Proven team leadership and development capabilities, Commercial acumen and business understanding Key Performance Areas - Safety performance and culture, Project delivery (schedule and cost), Quality management, Team development and succession planning, Innovation and continuous improvement & client satisfaction We foster an environment where you are challenged professionally and empowered to take the lead on your career development with the support and guidance of our Leaders.
