Team Coordinator Position at Meadowside in Deal
Meadowside in Deal offers overnight residential stays for individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or autism.
We are currently seeking a part-time Team Coordinator to join our team for 16 hours per week.
Role Overview: We are looking for a flexible, collaborative individual who shares our commitment to improving outcomes for adults.
As a Team Coordinator, you will lead shifts and work as part of a team to provide a nurturing and safe environment that promotes the emotional and physical well-being of adults accessing our overnight residential short breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shift plans and ensure accurate record-keeping (quality assurance) Liaise with other professionals and manage care planning Perform personal care tasks and provide supervision and support to staff Monitor standards of care Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or equivalent) Experience supporting people with disabilities and complex needs Supervisory management experience Knowledge of safeguarding practices Ability to take personal and professional responsibility for actions and performance Willingness to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in/night duties Benefits of Working for Kent County Council: We value our staff as individuals and aim to help you achieve your full potential.
