Payroll (Accounting) Full time Kenshaw Electrical, an ARA Group company, requires an experienced Payroll/Accounts Payable Officer to join our team.

The Role We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and support to join our Kenshaw team. The Payroll & Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for all aspects of payroll and accounts payable administration and processing. They will have a high attention to detail, accuracy, and the desire to help their customers resolve queries.
Responsibilities Process the weekly pays Experience in payroll tax, superannuation, and work cover reconciliations Resolving payroll discrepancies Processing of employee superannuation, MERT, and long service leave Extensive understanding of EA's and awards Working with payroll systems, times and attendance, and maintenance of payroll database Perform end of month and year-end payroll reconciliation Assist in financial duties Accounts payable function including correspondence with suppliers, processing creditor invoices, preparation of EFT payments, and reconciliation of creditor statements Credit card management and reconciliations Prepare daily banking reconciliations The Suitable Candidate will have: At least 5 years' experience in a similar payroll position Proficient use of Microsoft Office and an electronic payroll system Experience with using Jim2, HR3, or similar ERP financial system Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written A friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach If you are friendly, organised, and like a job with variety, this position is for you.
