Ken Muston Automotive is a multi-franchise automotive dealership in the heart of the Goulburn Valley with over 45 years in the industry. We are seeking an experienced full-time Automotive Service Advisor to join the service team in our state-of-the-art Service Centre.
The focus of this position is to act as the principal contact between the Dealership and the Customer for repairs and maintenance servicing of vehicles, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
This is a role with real variety, so it is important that candidates have an understanding of and/or willingness to learn the daily operations of our Dealership Service Department, including raising orders, invoicing and warranty compliance requirements, as well as general customer interaction.
Duties and responsibilities: Meet and greet customers Take bookings and service enquiries over the phone Manage and prioritise daily bookings Ensure guest satisfaction Ensure data integrity is upheld Work as part of a team As well as learning on the job, there are training requirements from our manufacturers. The successful applicant will possess: A strong work ethic A positive and mature attitude Experience in a similar fast-paced role Customer focussed with proven experience providing exceptional service Excellent time management skills Good mechanical knowledge with advanced problem-solving skills Team orientated, able to undertake tasks and work unsupervised Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A current drivers licence Competitive nature with a drive to exceed targets Previous experience in the Automotive Industry would be advantageous An attractive remuneration package, commitment to ongoing training and a state-of-the-art working environment.
