The key focus here will be to provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence in the customer experience.
Position Responsibilities Investment Portfolio account maintenance and data Preparing investment proposals and pitch packs Excel Spreadsheet maintenance and input Set up new investment and bank accounts Office administration and data entry Draft and email client communications Keeping minutes for Internal and external meetings Inbound and outbound calls; managing enquires from advisors and clients Meeting / Diary Management for Advisors Compliance tasks About You Degree qualified in relevant field (Commerce, Economics, Business, Data) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Some work experience, ideally in wealth management or financial services. Self-starter and motivated Attention to detail and great communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
